Seasonality is referred to as one of the most common features of the tourism market, affecting absolutely or in a negative way on travel including the motel industry. Seasonality demands have been a major problem to get the motel industry and possess had a unfavorable impact, including, difficulties in gaining access to capital, low returns in investment plus the inefficient use of resources. The phenomenon of seasonality imposes greater hazards for travel and leisure. This thesis concerned with an instance study of any three legend hotel of Nepal known as Summit Lodge. Tourism and also agricultural industries depends upon the growing season in Nepal. It has been an issue to make a business during wintertime for most from the hotels. This kind of thesis was therefore was executed to develop particular opportunities pertaining to the hotel industry to increase demand in low season. The entire research was about the impact of seasonality through this hotel. This thesis also tried to examine current tendencies of tourists' inflow on the national level, and analyze the most effective factor of seasonality. The objective of the analysis was to make clear some new ideas for maintaining winter season and service management. Additionally, this thesis recommended or suggested some new policies and plans for the development of the hotel market. This as well implied the consequences in the hotel sector during low season.

The research observed complications and essential features of seasons effects around the hotel industry. The strategy of this operate included secondary collected intended for the quantitative research and a qualitative case study including semi- methodized interviewing, and a text analysis in the website of Summit Lodge. After the examination of Peak Hotel, it has become apparent that the hotel provides good condition during 2011 and there should be several necessary of improvement solutions and facilities, and a website could be related to a online social network. To promote the hotel good marketing strategy is the strongest portion to increase friends in off season as well as main season.
